Richard E. Garriott, Jr.
Richard E. Garriott, Jr. is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He focuses his practice on the areas of family law and civil litigation.
Richard helps clients with cases involving divorce, property settlement agreements, child custody, and premarital agreements. He also represents clients in matters involving child protective services.
As a former President of the Virginia Bar Association, Richard is recognized statewide as a preeminent advocate in divorce and custody disputes. While serving in various statewide legal organizations, he developed an understanding of the need for sensitive client advocacy. Richard also has outstanding skill in handling complex issues related to property valuations, retirement and investment accounts, and other financial concerns.

Patrick L. Maurer
Patrick L. Maurer is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers and focuses his practice on the areas of family law, entertainment law, and criminal law.
Patrick represents clients in divorce, property settlement agreements, child custody matters, premarital agreements, child and spousal support, protective order, child protective services, and other domestic and family law cases. He also represents clients who have been charged with criminal matters and domestic assault. Previously serving as Senior Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Virginia Beach and Danville, he has a broad range of trial experience handling serious and complex matters.
Patrick also represents musicians, artists, authors, labels, publishers, and other clients in various entertainment law matters. Having played music professionally for more than 25 years, Patrick has the firsthand experience needed to relate to his clients and their entertainment law needs.
He is a frequent speaker at conferences and continuing legal education seminars regarding domestic and family law matters.

Jennifer Fuschetti
Jennifer Fuschetti focuses her practice on family law, civil litigation, and appellate law.
She represents her clients’ interests in divorce, spousal support, child support, child custody and visitation, parental rights following assisted conception, adoption, protective orders, uncontested divorce, and annulments. Jennifer works closely with her clients to develop a strategy that considers their priorities and goals.
She also assists clients with civil litigation appeals to the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Jennifer speaks at conferences and continuing legal education seminars regarding family law topics.
